Three Stage Filters (DF-Three Housings)
Donaldson Three-Stage Filters are designed for the removal of oil aerosols, oil vapors, and solid particles from compressed air and gases with a single filter element. The filter element combines three purification stages in one filter, thus reducing the installation space required by up to 60%. The DF-Three reliably produces Class 1 quality compressed air according to ISO8573-1:2010 for flows up to 65 scfm.
M/S Coalescing Filter Elements (DF Housings)
Donaldson M and S coalescing filter elements are designed for removal of water, oil aerosols, and solid particles from compressed air and gas industrial applications. M/S elements utilize a three-dimensional polyester microfiber fleece media, which is ideal for coalescing and draining away oil and water aerosols in the air stream.
V Coalescing Filter Elements (DF Housings)
Donaldson V coalescing filter elements are designed for removal of water, oil aerosols, and solid particles from compressed air and gas industrial applications. The V elements utilize a three-dimensional polyester microfiber fleece media, which is ideal for coalescing and draining away oil and water aerosols in the air stream.
P Particle Filter Elements (DF Housings)
Donaldson P prefilter elements are designed for removal of solid contaminants in gases. P elements utilize a highly porous sintered polyethylene media for absolute filtration of particles down to 25 μm in size. The primary filtration mechanism of this media is sieving, which captures most particles near the surface allowing for regeneration of the element and reducing operating cost.
A Activated Carbon Vapor Filter Elements (DF Housings)
Donaldson A adsorption filter elements incorporate two stages of filtration. The first stage contains activated carbon for removal of oil, hydrocarbon and odor vapor through adsorption. The second filtration stage consists of binder-free borosilicate depth media, supported by micro- fiber polyamide fleece, for removal of particulate contamination in the air or gas stream. These filtration stages are followed and supported by an outer stainless steel core, which also protects the element against pressure shock.
