KEY SP - SAMPLE PORT PG - PRESSURE GAGE IL - INDICATOR LIGHT LC - LEVEL CONTROL CV - CHECK VALVE FT - FLOW TOTALIZER FM - FLOW METER DV - DIAPHRAGM VALVE WM - WATER METER OZ1 - OZONE MONITOR |
The system above is a Dual Feed Tank system using an eductor to dissolve the Ozone into the water. Eductors promise to be more efficient in dissolving the Ozone into the water - 65 to 75% but balancing flows with an eductor at high flow rates can be difficult. KEY SP - SAMPLE PORT PG - PRESSURE GAGE IL - INDICATOR LIGHT LC - LEVEL CONTROL CV - CHECK VALVE FT - FLOW TOTALIZER FM - FLOW METER DV - DIAPHRAGM VALVE WM - WATER METER OZ1 - OZONE MONITOR |
The system above is a single tank system using a diffuser in tank to dissolve the Ozone into the water. Diffusers are perhaps less efficient than eductors but are much simpler in balancing flows and pressure for bottling. KEY |
The system above is used for bulk loading of Bottled Water to be transferred from a silo or storage tank to a tanker and subsequently delivered to a remote site. Typically low levels of ozone are controlled using feedback from an Ozone Controller.
