Wedeco Ultraviolet - UV - Units for Drinking Water
The
DLR series of UV Units by Wedeco are built around a unique
separate Control Box and UV tube which can be separate or attached to
meet the installation requirements.
There are 5 models rated at Industrial standards of 30,000 MWs/cm2. There are 5 models rated at 40,000 MWs/cm2.
There are 2 models rated and certified under NSF Standard 55. These units are rated at 5 GPM and 13 GPM.

Wedeco DLR Drinking Water NSF UV Units Technical Specifications - UV Reactor Vessel
- Horizontal or Vertical Mounting
- Maximum Operating Pressure 150 PSI - Test pressure 225 PSI
- NPT Inlet/Outlet Flanges
- Solenoid inlet valve (NPT size corresponding to reactor NPT connection for each unit) ¾”, 1” and 1 ½”.
The DLR Unit shown at right has it's control panel mounted right to the unit.
The DLR Series is designed with a single low pressure high intensity UV lamp centered inside a protective quartz sleeve. The disinfection chamber is either 304 or 316L stainless steel and is electro-polished with male NPT Inlet/Outlet. The UV lamp and quartz jacket assembly are easily removable from one side of the disinfection chamber. All units are pending UL and NSF standards approval. Two different DLR models available: DLRAP and DLRM.
