Pleated Cartridge Filters

All pleated cartridges are constructed and assembled in a contained environment for minimal particle contamination. Computerized robotic thermal-bonded construction and assembly of filters ensures integrity under the most severe process conditions. CV pleated cartridges have a wide chemical compatibility.

In-house manufacturing and extensive quality control provides for added assurance of product quality. The CV line is constructed around a durable polypropylene cage, core and adapters and are sealed using a thermal bonding process, without the use of adhesives, to ensure lowest extractable's.

The CV line has a controlled pore size. Stringent quality control standards guarantee a uniform matrix for effective, consistent filtration performance.

The double open end filters are available in the following lengths: 4”, 9.75”, 10”, 19.5”, 20”, 29.25”, 30”, 39”, and 40”. The single open end filters are available in the following lengths: 4”, 10”, 20”, 30”, and 40”.

All configurations are available sterilizable, non-sterilizable and/or distilled water rinsed for electronics applications.

All CV filters offer a choice between Ethylene Propylene, Silicone, Nitrile, or Viton® gaskets and O-rings for optimum chemical compatibility. All CV filters are supplied in the following configurations:

DEPTH GLASS CV The DEPTH GLASS CV pleated cartridge contains resin-bonded Borosilicate Glass fiber filter medium laminated to a non-woven polyester support. The adsorptive quality of this media makes it an excellent filter for oil or lipid removal. The DEPTH GLASS CV cartridge is offered in the grades and retentions below:	POLY-CLEAR PLEATED CV The POLY-CLEAR PLEATED CV filters are Polypropylene pleated cartridges which offer superior contaminant holding capacity because of their multiple layered construction. Polypropylene is resistant to most chemicals which makes it an excellent prefilter. The POLY-CLEAR CV cartridge is offered in the grades and retentions below:
OMNI - CLEAR CV The OMNI-CLEAR CV filters are constructed from Polyethersulfone (PES) microporous membrane. This membrane is very resistant to chemicals and solvents. PES provides a sharp retention rating which makes it a superior filter for removing sub-micron particles. The OMNI-CLEAR CV cartridge is offered in the grades and retentions indicated below:	POLY-O CV The POLY-O CV filter is a Polypropylene pleated cartridge with an integrity testable Polyethersulfone support layer. This filter combines superior contaminant holding capacity with an absolute membrane. This is an excellent sterilizing filter. The POLY-O CV cartridge is offered in the grades and retentions below:
