Pleated cartridge filters meet the process needs and throughput requirements of the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, electronics, chemical, and other critical process industries. Pleated cartridge filters may be used to filter liquids or gases with high efficiency, low pressure drop, robust dirt holding capacity and long life.

Pleated cartridge filters can be used as pre filters or final filters; depending on the application. Below are some common applications of pleated filters:

  • FOOD AND BEVERAGE - Beer, flavors, juices, waters, syrups, spirits, wines, fructose
  • COSMETICS - Fragrances, lotions, creams, shampoos, toiletries, water
  • INDUSTRIAL - Solvents, paints, inks, oils, chemicals
  • ELECTRONICS - Photoresist, reverse-osmosis and distilled water, solvents, coatings

Manufacturing Standards

All pleated cartridges are constructed and assembled in a contained environment for minimal particle contamination. Computerized robotic thermal-bonded construction and assembly of filters ensures integrity under the most severe process conditions. Pleated cartridge filters have a wide chemical compatibility.

In-house manufacturing and extensive quality control provides for added assurance of product quality. Pleated cartridge filters are constructed around a durable polypropylene cage, core and adapters and are sealed using a thermal bonding process, without the use of adhesives, to ensure lowest extractable's.

Stringent quality control standards guarantee a uniform matrix for effective, consistent filtration performance. Compliance Certificates are available as required.

Pleated Cartridge Filters Sizes and O-Ring/Gasket Materials

The double open end filters are available in the following lengths: 4”, 9.75”, 10”, 19.5”, 20”, 29.25”, 30”, 39”, and 40”. The single open end filters are available in the following lengths: 4”, 10”, 20”, 30”, and 40”.

All configurations are available sterilizable, non-sterilizable and/or distilled water rinsed for electronics applications.

All Pleated Cartridge Filters offer a choice between Ethylene Propylene, Silicone, Nitrile, Viton® and and Teflon and Teflon Encapsulated gaskets and O-rings for optimum chemical compatibility.
